However, as you mention copyright for the Prison Notebooks translations is jointly held - although it is made clear in the printed version which of the translators did which texts, so that should not be a problem. I am not sure what the legal position is vis-a-vis the publishers, since my copyright is so to speak leased to them while the books are in print.
