29.I. 08

Dear Comrade Huysmans,

I am told that the third volume of the reports of the various parties to the Stuttgart International Socialist Congress is to come out in a few days and that the report of our Party is not yet ready....[1]

Will it be possible to publish our Party’s report in the third volume or not? What is the time limit for submitting it?[2] The hounding in Finland has most likely prevent ed our comrades from completing the report, for when I was in Finland two months ago I heard myself that the Central Committee [had assigned the job] to a comrade,   who was working energetically [to complete] the report.

[Accept, dear] comrade, [my fraternal greetings].

Vl. Ulyanov
