I enclose Comrade Bryukhanov’s telephone message concerning the fisheries telegrams.

I draw your attention to the particular importance of the fishing industry and the prompt dispatch of telegrams dealing with this business.[1]

I insist that you do your utmost and reach agreement with Bryukhanov.

Inform me of this.

[1] On July 20, 1921, the C.L.D. passed a decision providing for measures designed to eliminate delays in the dispatch of telegrams relating to the fishing industry and the transportation of fish.
