29 December, 2000: Complete! To end the millenium the V.I.Lenin Internet Archive has completed Volume 26 of Lenin's Collected Works. We will now work on completing Volume 25 which is about half way finished.

28 December, 2000: The Marx/Engels Internet Archive now has nearly the complete Collected Works Volume 1, August 1835-March 1843. The many new additions include Marx's treatise, Difference Between the Democritean and Epicurean Philosophy of Nature.

28 December, 2000: A new page devoted to visual art satire has been created in the Marxism and Arts subject section. It opens with some caricatures and editorial cartoons by such artists as Robert Minor, Art Young and William Gropper.

16 December, 2000: Several updates have been made to the Marx & Engels Internet Archive. We have begun to upload a full index of the Marx/Engels Collected Works. Hitherto we have transcribed and marked-up the indexes for the first 9 Volumes of the Collected Works, and we will be making future indexes available once we complete them. [Thanks to Andy Blunden & Brian Baggins]

We have also created a Subject Index for the Marx & Engels Internet Archive and have begun work on a Selected Works; all with the intention of giving readers more choices in how to find documents. The main image has also been recreated in accordance to these new indexes.[Thanks to Brian Baggins]

15 December, 2000: The Women and Marxism section has added Larissa Reissner's Hamburg at the Barricades: and other writings on Weimar Germany. The book contains some of her remarkable journalistic sketches and also includes tributes to Reissner by Karl Radek, Viktor Shklovsky, Boris Pasternak and Lev Sosnovsky.
