October 2000: Production and distribution has resumed on our Marxists CD Archive. This is a CD-ROM of the entire MIA through September 2000. To find out how to order this CD-ROM, click here. All proceeds from the sale of the CD are used to maintain this web site or to subsidize the free distribution of the CD to users in developing countries who can not afford to purchase it.

October 2000: We have been contacted by the lawyer of Pathfinder Press (the publishing branch of the Socialist Workers Party of the United States), who has claimed Pathfinder owns the copyright of some works published in the MIA. The lawyer has asked us to remove the works, stop distributing the CDs containing them, and destroy our stock of such CDs. Pending further investigation into these issues, we have provisionally removed the works in question from the archive, and had to temporarily suspend distribution of the CD. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our readers until this issue is resolved. To read the letter from Pathfinder Press click here. To read our response click here.
