On behalf of the Hindustani Ghadar Party – Organization of Indian Marxist-Leninists Abroad, I salute the Fifth Consultative Conference of CPC(M-L).
Comrades:
Recently our organization held its First Congress, adopted its Political Report, elected its Central Committee and charted out our programme for this period. This is an historic development in our work.
Our Congress was held after carrying out work for over nine years. During this period, we first resolutely defended the Naxalbari Way, and the correct political line of the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist), led by Comrade Charu Mazumdar, the line of People’s Democratic Revolution, of which the Armed Agrarian Revolution is the key. Then, after the dastardly assassination of Comrade Charu Mazumdar, we vigorously opposed SNS revisionism and other opportunist trends and we followed the line of Comrade Charu Mazumdar – keep the Party alive.
During this period, we are actively participating in the historic task of reconstructing CPl(M-L). We carry on vigorous struggle against the “parliamentary and peaceful road to socialism”, the line of opposing “one main enemy”, “defending democracy” and the anti-Leninist theory of “three worlds”. We are carrying on determined struggle against racism and state-organized racist attacks.
During this entire period, the Communist Party of Canada (Marxist-Leninist) has provided us with vigorous support and we sincerely thank our CPC(M-L) comrades for this proletarian internationalist assistance. We are certain that the militant unity between CPC(M-L) and CPI(M-L) established by Comrade Bains and Comrade Charu Mazumdar will continue to develop in the coming months and years. Our revolution is part of the world revolution and we are fighting on the same front against imperialism, led by U.S. imperialism and Soviet social-imperialism, and all reaction!
