Iskra Research — Historical research and publication of Russian language Marxist classics.

Larkin Publications, London. The publishing arm of the semi-Trotskyite Revolutionary Communist Group. Mostly consisting of their own analyses of contemporary and historical events.

Mehring Books/Labor Publications Publishing house of the David North-affiliated International Committee.

Mundial Publications, New York. Just getting started, this is the publishing arm of the Internationalist Group in the United States, and of its sister organizations in the League for the Fourth International. Material in French, English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.

New Course Publications. The publishing arm of the Democratic Socialist Party of Australia, a post-Trotskyist group heavily involved in struggles downunder and in international regroupment efforts.

Pathfinder Press, New York. Publisher of the US Socialist Workers Party. Includes labor and socialist history, theory, and practice, as well as working class culture. Premier publisher of Trotsky’s works in English. Most major US cities boast a Pathfinder bookstore where this material can be found.

Pluto Press, London. Established in 1970, is one of the UK’s leading independent publishers, publishing critical writing across the social sciences and humanities. Currently publishes over 60 titles a year and has an extensive backlist of over 400 titles and warehouses in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and South Africa – delivery anywhere in the world.

Prinkipo Press/Red Press, London. The publishing arm of the minority group of the Leninist Trotskyist Tendency’s British section, the Workers’ International League – Workers FIGHT. A mix of both classic and contemporary material.

Prometheus Research Library The “research” arm of the International Communist League. Has published some extraordinary and hard-to-find material on such issues as the African-American struggle in the United States and the early years of the US Communist Party.

Red Letter Press, Seattle. Books and pamphlets on socialist feminist theory and the experiences and history of women, people of color, sexual minorities, and workers. Associated with the Freedom Socialist Party and Radical Women.

Redwords, London. A publishing cooperative producing books,, mainly fictional, cultural and historical, from a socialist perspective. Linked to Bookmarks

Resistance Books. The bookshops affiliated with the Australian DSP.

Russian House – Russian language book publisher and distributor.

Socialist Books, London. This is the bookshop and publisher of the Socialist Party, UK section of the Committee for a Workers International. As well as publishing their own material (which includes stuff from their time as Labour Militant), they also offer a refreshingly large array of books relating to the socialist project on all levels.

Socialist Platform Ltd is a leading publisher of labour movement history studies. Its aim is to bring to activists, students and scholars books and pamphlets ataffordable prices on topics that are often overlooked by other publishers.
