The Comintern Address which proposes to deal a death blow to factionalism in our Party, will now enable us to carry out the political line indicated in the Open Letter. I approve, accept and pledge my support to all the decisions referred to in the Address. I urge the Central Committee, after its unanimous decisions on the Address, to energetically continue its campaign for the full support of the decisions of the Comintern especially concentrating on the best elements in the Party, the proletarian, and all sincere hard workers for our movement. For a unified Communist Party. Long Live the Communist International.

–Albert Moreau, Secretary, Spanish Bureau, Communist Party.
