Since the 1860’s the American proletariat has striven hard to build a genuine revolutionary party and to apply the revolutionary theory of MARXISM as a GUIDE TO ACTION in its great struggle to lead the whole American people in overthrowing the dictatorial rule of the bourgeoisie and establishing the dictatorship of the proletariat, ending the system of exploitation of man by man and building COMMUNISM.
Today, the most important task facing the American working class and people is to begin the long march towards seizure of state power by building their own revolutionary COMMUNIST PARTY with MAO TSETUNG THOUGHT as its leader and commander.
Everything moribund, decadent and evil in our country comes from the parasitic rule of the monopoly capitalists and their fascist agents. The imperialists and their agents in the mass movement, the holy alliance of the so-called “left”, constantly spread pessimism, gloom and confusion among our people and confound right and wrong by blaming all the crimes of the imperialists on the people. Only MAO TSE TUNGTHOUGHT fills our people with great optimism and revolutionary enthusiasm, precisely because only MAO TSE-TUNG THOUGHT stands for everything that is new and developing, only MAO TSETUNG THOUGHT crystallizes the aspirations of our people and is the guideline and lifeline for the overthrowing fascism and building a new world free of exploitation of man by man.
The holy alliance of the so-called “left” as well as their fascist masters oppose the development of revolutionary enthusiasm and revolutionary spirit among the American people and they oppose the dissemination of MAO TSETUNG THOUGHT. They moan about reformist “benefits” for the working and oppressed people but oppose us grasping our destiny in our hands by studying and applying our own methods of thinking and doing, and casting off all the methods of the slave master. In order to emancipate our hands we must free our minds of all the masters’ ideas. This means that MAO TSETUNG THOUGHT MUST COMMAND OUR HEADS in order to guide our hands in overthrowing the enemy. It means we must resolutely build the organs of working class propaganda.
Comrades and friends, the core of fascist ideology is extreme bourgeois individualism and the holy alliance of the left constantly promotes this fascist ideology among our people to divide and enslave them. Comrades and friends, we must defeat the ideology of bourgeois individualism and “individual salvation” by disseminating, studying and applying Chairman Mao’s ”Three Constantly Read Articles”. It is Chairman Mao’s “Three Constantly Read Articles” which concretize the red revolutionary heart of the American proletariat. These articles are the surest weapon for making self the target of revolution, making masses the target of revolutionary propaganda.
Our experience shows that wherever we have relied completely on the revolutionary enthusiasm of the people and boldly widely disseminated Mao Tsetung Thought among the people, wherever we have studied and applied Marxism-Leninism-Mao Tsetung Thought and relied on the people to study and apply Mao Tsetung Thought, revolution has advanced and counter-revolution has been defeated. The more we disseminate Mao Tsetung Thought among the people, the more we study and apply Mao Tsetung Thought, the more we clarify questions among the people, the more we create material conditions for revolution and overthrow the influence of fascism and social fascism ideologically and politically, the more we go from a small group of revolutionaries to a larger r group and the more we move forward in building the Party.
Comrades and friends, the best way to study Marxism-Leninism Mao Tsetung Thought is with practical problems in mind. We know many revisionists Who on the one hand, constantly study Marxism-Leninism in the abstract, and on the other hand, never bring Marxism-Leninism to the people and rely solely on them. The American proletariat has the historic destiny of overthrowing U.S. imperialism, the most evil and rotten imperialism ever, right in its homeland and our work is each day building the revolutionary enthusiasm of our people to resolutely carry the historic mission through to the end. Right now we have the problem of Building the Party and Arousing the Masses, that is, we have the problem of developing wide-scale class struggle against fascist and social fascist ideology and politics, and we have the problem of building a communist organization by waging class struggle inside the revolutionary movement and organization against bourgeois individualism.
We can solve all our problems if we l) rely on the people and 2) study and apply Mao Tsetung Thought. By relying on the people we can study and apply Chairman Mao’s “Three Constantly Read Articles” and defeat bourgeois individualism, by relying on the people and studying and applying the Red Book we can solve all the practical problems of waging class struggle, of building the Party and of overthrowing fascism, by studying and applying the “Peking Review” and relying on the people we can participate as the American proletariat takes its rightful place in the International Communist Movement and the International United Front Against U.S. Imperialism, by studying and applying the publications produced under the leadership of the American Communist Workers’ Movement (Marxist-Leninist) and relying on the people we can propagate and develop the proletarian revolutionary line and contribute to building the Party and arousing the masses. Comrades and friends, let us get on with these great tasks:

LIBERATE OUR MINDS OF ALL THE MASTERS’ IDEAS IN ORDER TO EMANCIPATE OUR HANDS!!
DOWN WITH BOURGEOIS INDIVIDUALISM AND INDIVIDUAL “SALVATION”!
MAKE SELF THE TARGET OF REVOLUTION AND MAKE MASSES THE TARGET OF REVOLUTIONARY PROPAGANDA!
BUILD THE PARTY AND AROUSE THE MASSES!
