Resolution on the Press

In creating a multi-national Communist Party of a new type in the USNA, we must concentrate all our efforts towards uniting the Party with a revolutionary program grounded in Marxism-Leninism in order to successfully win the vanguard of the proletariat to the cause of communism and unite the whole of the working class with the ideas of scientific socialism.

Be it resolved that:
1) We establish a national political newspaper called the People’s Tribune which will be the Central Organ of our Party and which as such will be the voice of the Central Committee of the Party.
2) We establish regional newspapers in areas of the USNA that constitute particular and cohesive units, as determined by the Central Committee. These regional newspapers will reflect the line of the Central Committee on all issues and will supplement the work around the Central Organ, with special attention directed to issues particular to the area.
3) We establish a theoretical journal that will be open to contributions from all Marxist-Leninists and that will serve as a forum both within the Party and between the Party and other organizations and individuals.
4) We establish a cultural journal that will include contributions from the history of the international communist movement, as well as to be open to contributions from all revolutionaries.
