Brussels, February 2, 1914[1]

Dear Huysmans,

I have just finished the report and before leaving Brussels I want to let you know that Comrade Popov has undertaken to translate it and forward it to you.

[1] The letter is erroneously dated February 3, 1914. In his letter to Camille Huysmans dated March 7, 1914 (see ^^Document 330 in this volume^^) Lenin mentions that he wrote this letter on February 2.—Ed.
