Smirnov, Revolutionary Military Council 5
Frunze, Commander of the Turkestan Front
Directive of the C.C.: all fronts to be robbed in favour of the Southern. Consider extra-urgent measures, for example, speedy mobilisation of local workers and peasants, to replace your units that can be sent to the Southern Front. The situation there is menacing. Telegraph in detail in code.
