I greet you from the bottom of my heart on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the October Revolution and wish that during the next five years our fight on the peace front will be as successful as it has been hitherto on the war front.

[1] Petrogradskaya Pravda—a daily newspaper which started publication on April 2, 1918 as the organ of the Central and Petrograd Committees of the R.C,P.(B,). An January 1924 the newspaper’s name was changed to Leningradskaya Pravda.
