De Boer, Harry (1905-91). American Trotskyist and member of the SWP. He was a paid Teamster organizer during the 1934 truck driver’s strike in Minneapolis. Along with others he was convicted of conspiring to overthrow the government under the Smith Act in 1941. He was also Vincent Dunne’s Minneapolis mayoral race campaign manager in 1943.
