Paul O’Brien writes on history, politics and literature and is author of Shelley and Revolutionary Ireland.

Conor Kostick teaches medieval history at Trinity College and is the author of Revolution in Ireland and a number of other books, including award winning children’s books.

Colm Bryce is a tutor in trade union studies and socialist activist in Derry. He was one of the Raytheon 9 in 2006.

Goretti Horgan is a lecturer in social policy at the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland and a socialist activist in Derry. She is also a leading pro-choice campaigner.

Mary Smith is a retired research officer with the Crisis Pregnancy Agency and a socialist activist in Dublin.

Simon Gilbert has an MA in Chinese Studies, has lived in China and written a number of articles about China for International Socialism Journal and Socialist Review.

Marnie Holborow is a lecturer at Dublin City University, author of The Politics of English and co-author of Neoliberalism and Applied Linguistics, and a socialist activist in Dublin.

Connor Kelly is singer/songwriter and performance poet and a socialist activist in Derry.

Temper-Mental MissElayneous (Elayne Harrington) is a hip-hop influenced rap artist and poet from North Dublin. Her debut E.P. is entitled: Proletarian Restitution and her new release Big Words is available now.

John O’Dowd is a rap poet and socialist activist in South Dublin.

Donny Gluckstein is a lecturer at Stevenson College in Edinburgh and author of A People’s History of the Second World War along with a number of other works of Marxist history.
