I much regret my inability to be present at the Communist Unity Convention on the 31st inst., owing to having to be at Consett, Co. Durham, on that date.
I desire therefore to express my sincere hope that real success will attend the efforts of those who assemble, and that we may as a result have a thorough-going Communist Party, equal to carrying on the educational and propagandist work need to develop and focus opinion, and ere long enable us to reach the Communist ideal.
