On July 31 at 11:00 pm the special combat platoon “Eva Perón” placed an explosive charge (of Montonero manufacture) in Barrio Norte, the oligarchic zone where lives the assassin and torturer Vice Admiral Armando Lambruschini, Chief of the General Staff and future Commander-in-Chief of the navy, and consequently chief of the largest repressive center in Argentina, The Naval Mechanical School.
A few hours before the military head had been at congress proclaiming that “subversion” had been annihilated and that the process of “National Reorganization” had now entered a new phase with a “civilian” president. All of this is nothing but lies, because the people know that even if they take off their uniforms the crimes committed by the dictatorship they lead will never be forgotten.
The explosive, which detonated at 1:40 am in the above-mentioned barrio, destroyed the house of the assassin Labruschini, and caused the death of one of his guards and serious injuries to another. Sadly, a young girl and an old woman also died, innocent victims of this war declared by the dictatorship and heroically confronted by our people.
Once again the Montonero Army demonstrates that there is no ship, plane, boat, bed, or wall where the enemies of the people can hide. Montonero arms will always reach them.
The soldiers ask themselves how this can happen.
The answer is simple: when a minority bases its power on arms, attempts to dominate a people and declares war on them, the entire people is its enemy. They thus can’t avoid being surrounded: their chauffeurs, their domestics, their grocers, the employee, the worker in a factory ARE THE EYES OF THE MONTONERO ARMY.
This and this alone is the reason the MONTONERO ARMY has struck and will continue to strike the principal redoubts of the enemy. THEY WILL BE SAFE NOWHERE, FOR NO ONE CAN HIDE FROM THE PEOPLE. And it is the people who denounce them.
