Santiago, Chile. – The recent resolutions of the Fourth International on Latin American problems are based on the policy of the Latin American sections and in the first place on those of the Bolivian POR and the Argentine organization. They support the conception that the Latin American revolution is, in its first stage, a bourgeois-democratic revolution which must solve the anachronistic problems of the Latin American countries, and especially those on the Pacific coast [...].
