MAOIST UNITY CENTRE, COMMUNIST PARTY OF INDIA (MARXIST-LENINIST)


 

The Maoist Unity Centre, Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) was formed when the Kerala Communist Party and Maharashtra Communist Party merged in 1997. These two groups were surviving state units of the  defunct Central Reorganisation Committee, CPI(ML). The MUC, CPI(ML)'s theoretical journal was Spring Thunder.

In April 1999, the party dissolved and incorporated into the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) (Naxalbari).
