January 14 (26) Lenin receives a University Graduation Diploma, First Class, from the Head Office of the St. Petersburg Educational District.
January 30 (February 11) By decision of the Samara Circuit Court Lenin is entered on the rolls of Junior Barristers.
July 23 (August 4) Lenin granted the right to practise law.
