The first article is the resolutions adopted in the Paris plenum of the Central Committee of the RSDRP in January 1910. The Paris plenum and its resolutions were the last attempt to realize the unity of the RSDRP. The second article is Trotsky’s very important contribution to the polemics over the freedom of coalition and the petition campaign in the RSDRP in the period of 1911-12.
